Flower Guard
A special branch of the constabulary. They patrol the surrounding countryside and mountains to prevent poaching of the Blue Mountain Belle flower. They are lead by Captain Marjorie Renclaw, who has worked her way up from guard in the many decades she has been in the Flower Guard.
The Flower Guard's main purpose is to protect the fields where the fertilized mountain bluebell grows as well as patrol the other areas where the flower grows to look for other fertilized flowers and prevent poaching of the flower. Their secondary purpose is to stand guard at the gates of the town to inspect people, merchants and caravans, etc., coming and going in an effort to prevent smuggling of the mountain bluebell.
At any given time there are approximately 60 Flower Guard, they are lead by Captain Renclaw, who rarely does patrols anymore, but she by no means slacks off. Someone has to train the newbies, that's usually her and whoever she assigned to help her do it that day.
After her are a group of Lieutenants, followed by Sergeants, Corporals, and finally Guards. The guards do not do patrols. They are put on gate duty in the town until they have enough training/seniority to be promoted. Patrols are usually done in pairs…sometimes three depending on how the FG gets divided up, usually assigned in rotating locations by the Captain.
The Flower Guard has no jurisdiction within the town of Anwick, and works closely with the constables in order to prevent smuggling. At the city gate there is always several constables working with the Flower Guard.
Being a flower guard is highly respected in Anwick, and is the second most prestigious profession after toy makers and brewers.

Uniform - The Flower Guards' uniforms are simple but distinct; over finely crafted, grey leather body armor is a grey hooded tunic and black pants. The tunic is accented with a blue fancy trim to match the Blue Bell Flowers they protect and the Emblem of the Flower Guard is proudly displayed on the front and back with any rank patches they have earned over their heart. Grey boots complete the uniform.
Patrol The Flower Guard patrols the flower fields and the surrounding forest, hills and mountains. This area is quite huge, spanning a few hundred miles. They also serve as winter rescue teams and avalanche patrol.
The patrols have a two week on, one week off rotation. Time off is spent doing administrative work, training and general relaxing. During patrols the flower guard uses remote waystations or wilderness camps.
Constabulary
The constabulary is the local police force for Anwick. They are lead by Captain Rosha Cutter, a half-gnome, that is 3'7" of bad attitude.
After him are a group of Lieutenants, followed by Sergeants, Corporals, and finally Guards.

Temple of the Ten Gods
Priests and Priestess of one or more of the gods.
League of Apothecaries and Alchemists *
The country wide guild that apothecaries and alchemists can be part of.
Shizi Hall
The healers and apothecaries school that doubles as the town clinic and residence for those healers and apothecaries that prefer to live on site.
Students come from all over Edoris to study and train here and then usually return home once they finish their studies.
All healers and apothecaries that have graduated from Shizi Hall wear the emblem of Iaos as there really is no set uniform or outfit for them. This symbol is also on their medkit.
Anwick Brewers Guild
Includes brewers of ale, bartenders, tavern owners/innkeepers.*
Artisans Guild
In Anwick it is mostly toy makers.
*The League of Apothecaries & Alchemists and Brewers Guild have an ongoing rivalry since during harvest time there is not enough of the Blue Mountain Belle to go around.
Prestigious Professions
The two most prestigious professions in Anwick are: Toy Makers and Brewers of the Blue Mountain Ale.
Right below this is the profession of Flower Guard, Alchemists (Especially those that can make the blue potion from the Mountain Bluebell), and Priests/Priestesses of religious orders
After this is the various artisans working with woods. Any other artisans are after that.
Next are the normal constables and other persons working in the legal or justice field as well as merchants and traders
Lastly is anyone else, musicians, bartenders, farmers, wait staff, apothecaries, healers and anyone else that doesn't fit in one of the above.
